限定1000枚でリリースされたライブアルバム。過去の名曲の焼き直し4曲（1-4）と、[META 0002]収録のShifting Cityにより構成。こちらも無機質さに拍車がかかり、なおかつヘヴィな音になっている。焼き直しの4曲はどれも素晴らしいのだが、中でもUltravox時代の"Dislocation"のアレンジには圧巻で、体中が刺激される。（もう、感動ものでした。(^^; ）
1000枚限定といいながら、私の持っているCDにはナンバーリングがされていないため追加プレスされた可能性が高い。（推測）
入手困難であったが、2002年12月に発売された"The Golden Section Tour + The Omnidelic Exotour With Louis Gordon"に収録され、現在では容易に聴くことができるようになった。

Disc 1は、 The Golden Section Tourからのライヴ盤で、1983年10月21日にロンドンの Dominion Theatreと1983年12月11日にロンドンのLyceumにて収録された音源から編集されたもの。
本公演の音源はトレードで出回っていたようであるが、本CDの音はかなりクリアで聴ける。
Disc 2は、マンチェスターのA Certain Ratio's WarehouseとMetamatic Studioで1997年に収録されたライヴで、以前に限定盤でリリースされた" Exotour 97"と"Subterranean Omnidelic Exotour"の曲を1枚にまとめたコンピレーション盤である。
以前の限定盤は入手困難で、オークションなどで出品されても限定500枚のほうは4万円以上で落札されたりと、なかなか手が出ないものであったが、本アルバムにより、高額取引されていた限定盤2種の音源を容易に入手できるようになったのは嬉しい限りである。

本CDでは3曲がカットされたが、本CDの10曲目と11曲目の間に"Through My Sleeping"、"The Noise"を、11曲目の後に"Endlessly"を入れたものが実際のライヴのセットリストである。
