ご報告が遅くなってしまいましたが、おかげさまで無事に入手できました。 邪外さん、PLANET ROCKさん、どうもありがとうございました。 どの曲もわりと原曲のテイストを残しつつ、しっかりグレゴリアンになってますね。 Fade to GreyやViennaもよかったですが、Don't Give Upが一番良かったかも。 そういえば、エニグマが流行った頃、第三期UVを結成したビリー・カーリーが 日本の雑誌のインタビューで、「グランドビートの元祖といえばあなたがヴィサージ のFade to Greyで作ったリズムパターンですよね」みたいな質問をされていて、 まんざらでもなさそうな回答をしていたと記憶しているのですが、覚えてらっしゃる 方はいますか? で、全然関係ない話題ですが、John Foxx好きの皆さんにKaracterというUSの エレポップグループをオススメしておきます。 今どき何故?というような伸びのあるアナログシンセとチープなリズム、浮遊感 のあるヴォーカルなんかはMetamaticの頃のFoxxを彷彿とさせます。 ただ、ちょっとコミカルな感じもあるのですが…。 以下のサイトでビデオクリップ(低予算っぽい!)が見れます。 http://www.karacter.net/

お久しぶりでございます。 私、produkt voxはジョン・フォックス時代のULTRAVOXとしては『SYSTEMS OF ROMANCE』が一番好きです。常に最先端を求め続け、自信を持っていど んだアプローチが思うように受け入れられず、起死回生・・・とは大げさ かも知れませんが、バンド内でアプローチできるテクノロジーを駆使し、 そのために鬼才コニー・プランクを迎えた絶対自信作・・・だった作品 でしたから。それでも世の中に受け入れられず、失望の中バンドを去った のは皆さんご存知ですよね。 とはいっても当時のULTRAVOXの大ファンでまた大きく影響されたことを公 に認めているゲイリー・ニューマンを飛躍させた作品でもあるとも思いま す。 『SYSTEMS OF ROMANCE』を聴いた後に、1980年にそれぞれが発売したアル バムを聴き比べてみるのも面白いですよ。 1980年、新しいモーヴメントの幕開けとなったこの年に発売された作品は どれも光輝いておりました・・・・と、ちょっと個人的に浸りました（笑）
＞Bプログラムさん 私は『HA!HA!HA!』が初期3タイトルの中では最高傑作だと思います。 『システムズ･オブ･ロマンス』はジョン･フォックスのソロ『ザ･ガーデン』への 布石かと。 『ザ･ガーデン』は『システムズ･オブ･ロマンス』を越えていると思うので、 途中経過的な意味合いもあると思います。
